CLARIFICATION:  I need to make it clear that I am a neighbor here in Friedberg Villages.  www.FVhostNEWS.com has been established in order to be an information sharing tool only.  There is no agenda, just information which we wish to share freely.  You can ask questions, which will be researched and answered here.  If you want a private answer to a particular question or comments not to be made public, send an email to FVhostNEWS@gmail.com.  You can submit questions, answers, comments, news items you wish to share and so forth.  These items will be posted as soon as possible but may take up to 48 hours.  If you need help faster, contact the FVhostNEWS tech support:   (336) 768-7911,,,,1  Option 1 and leave a voice mail if the call is not answered, or email:  FVhostNEWS@gmail.com or visit the website:  www.FVhostNEWS.com.  

I am retired, but still active in the larger community all the way to D. C.  So please be patient with respect to the timing of a response.  

This site is not intended to replace any HOA functions, but rather to pass along information that may affect us all and of which we all deserve to be fully informed.  

If you DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS FORUM simply send an email to FVhostNEWS@gmail.com and indicate that you want to OPT OUT.  Since there will be a newsletter from time to time, please indicate in your OPTING OUT what you wish to opt out of.

If you DO NOT OPT OUT, you will occasionally receive emails, but they will be rather limited.  We do not want to waste anyone’s time, but will email only important notices.  (Like this one.)

Each new submission will be posted as soon as possible to keep everyone up to date.  Feel free to visit this site as often or seldom as you like.   This blog stream will keep all entries through which you can scroll to find the answers to your questions and the questions of others.  This will save duplications of issues.  

If you inadvertently submit something that you wish to have removed from the site, email such request with the particulars.  Very little information will appear here that is unique to already existing standing committees unless someone on a particular committee submits a posting.  For example, the official HOA Social Committee will be responsible to make its own notifications.  However, if they choose to submit information to this site, they are certainly entitled to do so.

Under no circumstances will anyone limit our freedom of speech among ourselves.  However, if we receive any submission with offensive, inappropriate or questionable content, we will dialog by email or phone or face to face in order to post information in an appropriate manner.  Please feel free to contact the tech support line or email any issues you wish to address.
